Join me in a winter weekend for yogi coffee-lovers (and down-regulating herbal tea folk!) in the Kent countryside.
An hour from London at Bore Place, surrounded by 500 acres of countryside, we will spend the mornings in vinyasa practice (synched to the beat of specially made music, of course) in the Long Barn, followed by specialist coffee tastings and workshops held by Foster Douglas, coffee pro and previous specialist coffee cafe owner.
The daytimes are for walking in nature, quiet reflection, reading or hanging out with friends, followed by a restorative qigong or yin practice and creating your own herbal tea mixes for winding down.
Includes 3 delicious, organic meals per day, 2 practices a day, and, of course, coffee and tea!
Prices: £650 for a shared room / £800 solo occupancy
