I am currently mid-MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute, working clinically at Trinity Laban, and will be taking on new clients periodically. Do get in touch if you would like to know more or register your interest!

What is Integrative Psychotherapy?

Integrative psychotherapy draws on multiple modalities, believing no one style fits all. We are trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy and transactional analysis, along with humanistic models, and embodied, phenomenological approaches such as existential therapy and Gestalt. The training is rigorous and relational, ensuring that we can select modes best suited to our clients, and that our practice is non-oppressive and fully aware of power dynamics in the therapy room.

The heart of the therapy is the therapeutic relationship itself.

“If human beings live, die and thrive in relationships, it is through the relationship that the greatest therapeutic change may take place.” (Mearns & Cooper)
