Munga Plains Yoga & Safari


Join me in Zimbabwe and Botswana! A chance to immerse yourself in the African wilderness and culture, while practicing yoga, breath-work, and meditation in the serene yoga shala with incredible views of the plains. Each retreat is complemented by wholesome, locally sourced meals that nourish both body and soul.

Starting in Victoria Falls, travelling along the river to Botswana, featuring safari drives, local traditions, sustainably sourced, delicious food, yoga, qigong, meditation and breathwork.

The retreat is 8 days long, comprised of 2 nights in Zimbabwe and 6 nights at Munga Plains.
